Are you an event organiser, run a cultural space or are you an artist and need to sell tickets? Don’t pay high commissions and don’t wait to get paid!

Thanks to this plugin you will be able to sell tickets easily in your store. When the operator enters the event, the QR code is scanned by the mobile phone and they are immediately informed whether the ticket is valid. No paying commissions, no waiting for money to be paid for tickets sold. No buying or renting expensive access control devices.

It works simply

• create a virtual downloadable product in woocommerce,
• upload your ticket graphic with free space for the QR code,
• in the plugin settings you can choose the colour of the QR code and its background, the location of the QR code on the ticket and its dimensions.

Everything else happens automatically

• the customer buys the ticket classically in the shop,
• when the order is paid, the customer receives an email with a link to download the ticket,
• downloads a ticket with a unique QR code,
• upon entry, staff will check by mobile phone whether the ticket is valid and has not already been used once.

Ticketing options:

• tickets for single entry to a concert, lecture, conference or exhibition,
• tickets to the complexes – amusement parks, swimming pools, children’s playgrounds,
• multiple tickets (season tickets) to fitness centres, yoga studios, theatres, galleries, language courses, professional trainings, coworking spaces, etc,
• online registration for sports activities – running, marathon, cycling events, auto-moto events,
• “resale” of already generated tickets – successive sale of tickets so that one file is sent only once.

Ticketing plugin setup options:

• QR code colour and background colour – don’t limit yourself when creating your ticket, the QR code will be customised for you,
• 6 possible QR code placement positions – place the QR code on the ticket exactly as you like:
  • top right, bottom right,
  • center up, center down,
  • top left, bottom left.
• restrict the validity of the ticket – if you need to sell time-limited tickets (e.g. monthly passes), set the ticket to restrict the validity,
• for fast check-in at the entrance to the event, set the automatic marking of the ticket as used – this will happen immediately after the operator reads the QR code,
• with a group ticket, you can speed up the check-in process by confirming entry with one button – so you don’t have to confirm a ticket for each member of the group,
• turn on the check if the ticket is paid for – you can use this when selling tickets on delivery or by bank transfer.

What we’ve been thinking about and you don’t have to anymore:

• Ticket sales are the same as other product sales – same process, same payment options, no complications for the customer or for you,
• people are speculators and would like free admission – only one ticket is valid at any time, no matter how many times a customer downloads it. So you don’t have to worry about someone giving the link to download a purchased ticket to multiple people,
• The QR code on the ticket can only be read by persons designated by the event organizer – each member of the staff must be logged in to the wordpress administration. This has prevented unwanted ticket invalidation,
• it doesn’t matter which ticket shape you choose – the plugin works just as well with a rectangle lying down, standing up or square.

Licensing terms and updates

• the price is for a license for one domain (+1 test domain) for one year,
• the plugin will not be functional after the license expires,
